What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Consult with stakeholders to identify and address business challenges affecting employee and patient experiences
• Design, implement, and evaluate various employee and patient experience programs globally
• Analyze data from experience surveys and focus groups to identify improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop and communicate program-related updates
• Lead the creation of presentations and promotional materials related to experience programs

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or Organizational Behavior; PhD preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program design and/or organizational consulting, with at least 1 year focused on employee or patient program experience
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Proven ability to implement successful experience-related programs and manage change
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong attention to detail

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience supporting employee/patient surveys and analytics
• Familiarity with organizational effectiveness principles
• Proven track record of service delivery and change management support
• Ability to create visually appealing executive summaries and presentations
• Experience managing components of medium to large projects
