Job Summary

As a Conversational AI Design Lead, you will spearhead initiatives to craft revolutionary conversational AI experiences, elevating employee engagement and productivity. You will be at the helm of creating outstanding end-to-end user experiences and design frameworks specifically for conversational AI technologies. This role involves strategic vision, leadership across multidisciplinary teams, and a profound influence on product strategies while embedding user-centered design principles at their core.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large, cross-product initiatives to innovate in conversational AI experiences.
• Develop and execute exceptional end-to-end user experiences tailored for conversational AI technologies.
• Provide strategic vision for collaborative efforts, enhancing conversational AI experiences’ impact.
• Act as a conversational AI subject matter expert, influencing product strategies and advocating user-centered design.
• Mentor and guide designers, promoting a culture of creativity and excellence.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven expertise in designing for conversational AI technologies (virtual assistants, chatbots, NLP/NLU, LLMs).
• A robust portfolio showcasing innovative product design solutions across conversational AI user journeys.
• Experience in full product development lifecycles for web and software applications.

Industry Experience:

• Extensive experience in the technology sector, particularly in designing conversational AI solutions or related fields.
