Position Summary

As a Lead Product Manager at Earnin, you’ll help bring our mission to life – reinventing the financial system and helping our community members get to a better place financially. You will be responsible for working on critical products within EarnIn’s ecosystem, including new and existing pieces. You will participate in the strategy, roadmap, and execution of key product initiatives. You’ll need to employ everything in your product toolkit to architect the product strategy, constantly discover new insights, and drive forward on execution.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of product management experience with a strong product sense developed by shipping delightful & innovative consumer products
• Strong analytical skills in leveraging data to drive product decisions and improve metrics
• Deep user empathy and experience building products based on user needs
• Ability to influence and build alignment between different teams and functions to successfully execute your roadmap and deliver against goals
• Ability to get the job done in a highly constrained space even if that means rolling up your sleeves for your team
• Ability to think outside the box to solve hard problems with creative and radical ideas
• Excellent communication and training skills to effectively support end users.
