Sr Ux Design Lead (Remote)

InePros is seeking a Sr. UX Design Lead to join our client’s rapidly growing product organization. This role will lead the creation of next-generation enterprise solutions that empower the world’s leading businesses across industries. As a UX Design Lead you will work closely with Product Management, UX Research, and Engineering teams to guide your design team in clarifying problems, exploring innovative solutions, and delivering impactful user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive UX strategy throughout the product lifecycle, leading a team of designers to deliver user-centered experiences for a suite of enterprise SaaS products.
• Provide mentorship to UX designers, fostering professional growth, supporting career development, and enhancing enterprise product design expertise.
• Collaborate on product vision and contribute to the evolution of the design system to ensure consistency across products.
• Apply human-centered and user-centered design principles, leveraging research and iterative testing to ensure solutions meet user needs and deliver value.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and Content teams to align on priorities, balance business goals with user needs, and deliver innovative solutions.
• Advocate for deeper insights into diverse user groups, their workflows, and how solutions can integrate seamlessly into their day-to-day activities.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high standards for inclusive, high-impact design.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in UX design for enterprise SaaS products, including 3+ years leading UX teams.
• Experience shipping scalable, global solutions, with the ability to guide teams through complex design challenges.
• Adept at breaking down challenges to deliver simple, effective solutions.
• Skilled in incorporating user research, usability testing, and iterative feedback into the design process.
• Proficiency in refining flows, reviewing designs, and ensuring alignment with product goals.
• Experienced in leading design sprints, workshops, and stakeholder alignment discussions.
• Expert understanding of design fundamentals to ensure effective communication of concepts.
• Must provide a portfolio demonstrating work samples and case studies.

Preferred Experience

• Designing enterprise SaaS solutions, especially within Human Capital Management and Talent Development sectors.
• Leading design efforts for data visualizations and insights dashboards.
• Creating assessments with a focus on minimizing bias and ensuring a user-focused journey.
• Experience setting and evaluating performance against quantifiable design metrics.

Technical Skills

• Expertise in Figma for design and collaboration.
• Familiarity with conducting field research, usability assessments, and facilitating cross-functional discussions.
