What We Are Looking For

Experienced and passionate Senior UX designer to join the AI and Data and help shape the future of AI-powered communication automation solutions. As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the next generation of applications for designing, building, evaluation and monitoring AI Agents. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and data scientists, to create intuitive and effective user experiences that enhance our AI-driven automation platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UX design process from concept to implementation, ensuring a user-centered approach in all stages of product development.
• Identify and analyze user needs and pain points through research, user testing and interviews to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and refine AI-powered automation applications, ensuring they are intuitive, efficient, and effective.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines, ensuring consistency across all platforms and products.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design, AI, and customer service automation.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience designing for complex applications, preferably in automation, workflow, AI and natural language processing (NLP) domains.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and technologies is a plus.

Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final products.
