Sr Ux Designer (Remote)

IntePros is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to join our client’s in-house Global UX practice. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for implementing UX Research Design strategies to ensure research insights are timely, impactful and results in an enhanced user experience . This person should be highly communicative with a demonstrated commitment to the field of UX Research.For consideration candidates must share e xamples of User Research Study Roadmaps / Plans, Screeners, Scripts & Findings Reports/Presentations.

Senior UX Researcher Required Skills

• Experience working with the design and product team to define and manage a comprehensive UX Research roadmap, execute research studies, and synthesize quality, actionable findings.
• Strong knowledge of User Research methods such as Usability Testing, Concept Testing, User Interviews, Unmoderated Remote Studies, User Surveys, Prototype Testing, Contextual Inquiry, Heuristic analysis, Competitive Analysis & Benchmarking etc.
• Experience Moderating both In-Person and Remote Study Sessions
• Experience working with UX design teams focused on building business tool products.
• Deep Knowledge of the User Experience processes, design patterns and methodologies
• Experience working in an agile/lean UX environment.
• An understanding of iterative customer centered product development
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite & Figma Required Skills:
• Create and own a User Research Roadmap that brings continuous value and insight to the design team as they work through iterative design cycles
• Strong communication & presentation skills with the ability to articulate, rationalize and communicate your ideas to senior stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal skills especially in the areas of articulating and documenting research findings, recommendations and decisions; keeping UX and Product leads up-to-date
• Execute qualitative and quantitative research using different methods and techniques based on project goals and timelines
• Ability to synthesize findings from research activities or testing in a digestible and engaging format for an audience of designers, developers and key stakeholders
• Ability to synthesize secondary research findings to inform best practices & industry standards
• Ability to understand complex business processes & and how they manifest in enterprise software to support end-users.
• Detail oriented, highly organized and ability to easily manage multiple ongoing projects.
• Ability to Advocate for users’ needs with the cross functional team and inspire the team to want to know more about their users and their unmet needs.
• Passion for UX methodologies like Human factors, User Centered design, and advanced usability techniques, with knowledge of Accessibility a plus.
• Coaches and mentors more junior team members
• Ability to build personas & user journeys, to demonstrate learnings from research studies. (experience designing workflows, and wireframes is a plus.)

Sr. UX Researcher Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience as a UX Researcher
• BA/BS/MS Degree in a related field: Human-Computer Interaction, Sociology, Psychology, Usability, Human Factors, User Experience Design, Information Science or Computer Science
