What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide leadership to engineering teams and own solutions across their entire life cycle
Design and implement real-time data streaming solutions using technologies like Apache Kafka and RabbitMQ
Collaborate on system architecture to ensure scalability, fault tolerance, and performance optimization
Act as a technical leader for domains such as Customer Data Platforms and GraphQL APIs
Mentor junior team members and share best practices to improve engineering processes

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Fluency in at least two modern programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python
Minimum of 6 years of professional software development experience
At least 3 years of experience in architecture and design of systems
Experience with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
Strong problem-solving ability and hands-on experience with real-time event-streaming platforms

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience containerizing applications using Docker or Kubernetes
Familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner
Understanding of CI/CD tooling like Jenkins, Gradle, and Artifactory
Passion for documentation and mentoring junior developers
Experience with SQL, Spark, or Gremlin is a plus
