What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead engineering teams and provide technical direction for key projects
Design and implement real-time data streaming solutions using technologies like Apache Kafka and RabbitMQ
Collaborate on system architecture to ensure scalability, fault tolerance, and performance optimization
Implement monitoring and logging solutions to track system performance and troubleshoot issues
Mentor junior team members and promote best practices across teams

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Fluency in at least two modern programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python
Minimum 6 years of professional software development experience
At least 3 years of experience with architecture and design of systems
Experience with containerization using Docker or Kubernetes
Strong familiarity with GraphQL web services and real-time event-streaming platforms

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service
Knowledge of CI/CD tooling like Jenkins, Gradle, and Artifactory
Hands-on experience with SQL, Spark, or Gremlin
Passion for documentation and mentoring junior developers
Understanding of security protocols and products such as Active Directory and OAuth
