What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead engineering teams and provide technical direction across the entire solution life cycle
Design and implement real-time data streaming solutions utilizing frameworks like Apache Kafka and RabbitMQ
Collaborate with product managers and other engineering teams to solve complex problems in enterprise-class applications
Mentor junior team members and promote best practices within the engineering organization
Implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system performance and reliability

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 6 years of professional software development experience
At least 3 years of experience in architecture and design of systems
Proficiency in at least two modern programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python
Experience with containerization using Docker or Kubernetes
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Strong familiarity with GraphQL web services
Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner
Familiarity with CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins, Gradle, and Artifactory
Knowledge of real-time event-steaming platforms and NoSQL/Graph databases
Passion for documentation and mentoring junior developers
