What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead engineering teams focusing on key areas and provide technical guidance
Design and implement real-time data streaming solutions using frameworks like Apache Kafka
Collaborate with teams to define system architecture ensuring scalability and performance
Mentor junior team members and share best practices to elevate engineering quality
Implement monitoring and logging solutions for system performance tracking

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum 6 years of professional software development experience
At least 3 years of experience in architecture and design
Proficiency in at least two modern programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python
Experience with containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or other cloud services
Familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner
Strong familiarity with GraphQL web services
Knowledge of CI/CD tooling like Jenkins and Gradle
Passion for documentation and mentoring junior developers
