Staff Specialist Sales (Remote)

• Sales (50%):
• Responsible for supporting sales and contribute for growing Revenue, DWIN and PGO (wider penetration) with designated account(s) in the India region.
• For the designated account(s), work closely with the global account(s) team, technical marketing and Regional marketing teams to contribute and support the business.
• Preferred Design House (25%)
• Identify along with TM head and onboard PDH as per business requirement.
• Collaborate with designated PDH to drive design activities and maintain commercial engagement.
• Support PDH to identify new customers and applications.
• Light Electric Vehicle segment (LEV) (25%)
• Support India team and Head on day to day operations of segment.
• Tracking opportunities.
• Analyzing market trends and forecasting.
• Collating market requirements.
• Driving product requirements for this segment, including identifying IFX product gaps.
• Regular visits to customers for project tracking and opportunity identification.
• Maintain and build relationship with customers (R&D, Purchase and management).
• Sales Forecasting in Legos (S&OP) and Order follow-ups
• Opportunity management, DWIN and PGO (increase product group per opportunity).
• Revenue management, Logistic topics and supply chain mapping.
• Develop LEV India business monthly updates and presentations for global circulation.
• Manage all open topics with PDH i.e.: samples, planning, customer identification, reference solutions etc.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering Preferred.
• Expertise in handling Automotive customers, systems and applications.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good presentation and analytical Skills.
• Position will require extensive local and out-station travel.
