WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
You’re a perfect fit for this job if you are:

• Fluent in English. Italian language knowledge is a plus
• Freshly graduated or a last-year student (master thesis students are welcome!)
• Self-starter and technology passionate: the team will always be there to help, support and coordinate, but the candidate is expected to offer a good degree of autonomy especially in the technical tasks
• Creative: we are innovating!, so we want the candidate to bring new ideas
• Someone with knowledge of IT architecture fundamentals and software development and lifecycle
• Interested with low-code platforms
• Someone with good relational skills, in order to collect requirements and user feedback

WHAT WILL YOU DO? ✔
Joining the team of Intelligent Process Automation, the candidate will have the possibility to gain experience on innovative IT topics such as AI and RPA, helping in designing the best solutions and implementing the product. First assignment will be to experiment on Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies in order to evaluate the content of the text to be reused by the Carrefour Italia marketing team, using the automation platform by UiPath. In addition the candidate will have the chance to experiment on other projects related to Conversational AI with the goal of optimizing the user experience and the business process efficiency of our support.

WHERE WILL YOU WORK?
Our HQ is located within the Park West Complex, Via Bisceglie 66, Milan.
After an initial period of familiarizing yourself with your team on-site, Carrefour offers you the flexibility to choose, together with your Manager, when to work in the office and when to work remotely!
