The Opportunity

We’re on the hunt for a dynamic, driven State Sales Manager to lead our NSW sales function. Based in Prestons, NSW, you’ll oversee sales, customer service, and warehousing teams, ensuring we exceed targets while growing our market share. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our business strategy, coaching your team, and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders.

 

Your Mission:

  • Take charge of NSW sales operations and drive performance.
  • Build and execute innovative sales strategies that deliver results.
  • Negotiate and close deals with major accounts like multi-site chains.
  • Be a coach and mentor, empowering your team to succeed.
  • Spearhead new business opportunities to expand our reach.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and keep the team inspired with product launches.

 

What You Bring:

  • A proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Expertise in key account management, business planning, and negotiation.
  • FMCG or food packaging industry experience (a big plus!).
  • Stellar communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confidence navigating the Microsoft Suite (Excel, Power BI, and more).
  • A valid driver’s license and a drive to succeed!
