Strategic Account Manager Work Outdoor Sporting | 5 Horizons Group | United States
Overview:Â As Strategic Account Manager, you will lead our strategic vision to build our licensed brands portfolio with an entrepreneurial spirit and business owner discipline. This position will work closely with ownership and executive leadership to develop and execute our multi-year plan, strategy, and budget for each brand. You will have the opportunity to lead and collaborate on the vision and roadmap with cross-functional team members in design, product, planning, marketing, and operations. Your leadership and communication skills will elevate our licensing, wholesale and retail partnerships.
Sales Leadership: This role includes Entrepreneurship, Sales Leadership and Management. Your focus will be on executing the strategies defined in our merchandising roadmap to drive both sell-in and sell-through of all product programs with our retail partners. These strategies and relationships will be managed by you directly (ie. Strategic accounts)Â
- Oversee all sales aspects of the retail partnership and product assortment plan to maximize sales performance.
- Lead by example as entrepreneur-in-chief for each line of business.
- Set expectations and budgets brands and associated strategic accounts. Â
- Maintain and foster close relationships with all retail partners to generate new sales, execute creative events and keep brand visibility as top priority.
- Manage and analyze seasonal flow based on buyer’s sales plans and negotiate future open-to-buy to ensure consistent growth season to season.
- Prepare for market appointments with catalogs, detailed line sheets, selling history, door performance, selling trends and strategies to achieve sales target.
- Collaborate with retail partners to develop sales programs, including in-store incentives and promotions.Â
- Work with sales operations and planning to track stock levels to ensure replenishments & assortment is maintained and sufficient for demand and forecasting.Â
- Provide monthly executive reporting on budget, performance, feedback, challenges and opportunities.
- Direct and manage our retail merchandising partnerships.Â
- Serve as Ambassador of 5H and the brands that we represent through product expertise and representation of our core values.Â
