Punch! is searching for a Strategic Onboarding Manager to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team!
Salary: R 400,000 per annum

About you
- Minimum 2 years’ experience managing complex B2B client programmes, preferably in product marketing, sales development or professional services
- Proven success in shaping market-informed client engagement strategies that have directly impacted client retention and revenue growth
- Demonstrable experience in project management methodologies and client success frameworks
- Strategic critical thinker with experience in understanding market problem oriented unmet needs and client value propositions
- Background in managing multiple stakeholders across different business functions
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and confidently
- Exceptional organisational abilities, including managing multiple client onboarding projects simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand different business models and adapt our proposition accordingly
- Natural problem-solver who can think on their feet and find creative solutions to client challenges
- Outstanding communication skills
Day-to-Day
- Design and implement tailored onboarding plans for each new client, considering their unique needs, objectives, and industry context
- Create detailed onboarding plans that set clear milestones and expectations for both clients and internal teams
- Develop scalable templates and processes that can be replicated across different client types and industries
- Work with sales teams to ensure smooth handover of client information and requirements
- Participate in kick-off sessions that effectively communicate our methodology and set the foundation for successful partnerships
- Develop client-specific playbooks that outline processes, best practices, and success metrics
- Support regular communication with clients during the crucial first 90 days to ensure alignment and address any concerns
- Work closely with Client Managers and Sales Development Managers to ensure their teams are properly briefed and equipped to deliver results
- Collaborate with the Digital team to set up necessary systems and tools for campaign success
- Liaise with Client Success teams to ensure smooth transition after the onboarding period
