Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations to enhance collaboration and drive growth.
- Assess success metrics and collaborate with internal and external teams to implement effective strategies.
- Monitor partner performance through regular reporting (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
- Facilitate the onboarding of new partners in conjunction with the Business Development team.
- Negotiate and adjust commercial terms as partnerships evolve over time.
- Work alongside internal departments such as product, legal, marketing, sales, and compliance to meet collective objectives.
- Proactively identify opportunities to create or refine processes that boost the effectiveness of the partnerships team.
Required Skills
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, leading to productive interactions that emphasize the value of partnerships.
- Strong analytical abilities with a focus on metrics-driven decision-making.
- Outstanding project management expertise, adept at handling multiple partners and initiatives concurrently.
- Confidence in conducting meetings with external stakeholders, ranging from sales training to contract negotiations and quarterly reviews.
- Proficiency in meeting deadlines for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Salesforce reporting is advantageous.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a customer success manager or partner manager within a finance or technology environment.
- Background in financial services or FinTech is highly desirable.
- Experience engaging with various levels of partner organizations, including business development, sales, legal, and product teams.
