- Fixed-term appointment to 31/12/2025 full time (part-time may be considered), with the possibility of extension depending on performance and funding.
- $131,671 to $151,624 per annum (Level C)
- $158,269 to $174,225 per annum (Level D)
- $203,487 per annum (Level E)
- Plus 17% employer superannuation
- Salary packaging options are available
- 4 weeks annual leave plus Christmas week shutdown, per annum
- Available for remote, flexible, work from home or hybrid

About the role
As the Strategic Program Lead you will be responsible for the coordination of Manna Institute’s future funding opportunities, research team coordination and grant writing, and to support the Director in shaping the Institute’s future sustainability. The incumbent will be self-directed and have strong track record in securing research grant funds and coordinating large teams, be a team player and have regional, rural and remote mental health research sector interest, knowledge and expertise.
As a member of the team, this newly created position will be responsible for direction and development of Manna Institute’s future funding opportunities. It will provide strategic support to ensure that all grant applications are co-designed and managed effectively and will work closely and guide decision makers.
This role will suit someone who thrives on designing and managing teams to collaborate with others to have a real impact in regional, rural and remote mental health research.
