Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive growth strategy for your portfolio, identifying key opportunities and optimizing client relationships.
- Pursue new business prospects through networking, OEM programs, and referrals, executing effective account plans.
- Collaborate with marketing to relay client success insights and identify areas for enhancement, ensuring seamless execution of objectives.
- Act as a liaison between clients and product teams to tailor solutions that maximize ROI.
- Conduct regular client reviews to assess satisfaction and loyalty, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Utilize our Customer Success Team to enhance account performance and proactively address risks.
- Stay abreast of digital marketing trends, offering valuable insights to clients.
- Foster new business development focusing on high-value sales while leveraging existing relationships.
- Engage in travel (up to 60-70%) to meet clients in person and deliver customized presentations.
- Mentor new team members by demonstrating best practices in account management and sales techniques.
Required Skills
- Strong skills in business development and sales.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Ad Network.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage a range of audiences.
- Capability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for clients.
- Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently (up to 70%).
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering impeccable execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 3-4 years of experience in sales to franchise automotive dealers.
- 2+ years of experience in paid search advertising.
- 1-2 years of experience with digital media platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ad Network, SEO).
