This is a remote position.

They are seeking a passionate, self-motivated candidate who is looking for a career opportunity within the fast-growing Education Technology space. They are hiring a Success Manager who will be responsible for helping the company grow its SaaS partnership within Higher Education institutions.

The role requires someone who can think critically about the best way to support existing programs and guide internal expansion. The goal is to grow the partnership into department, college, and university-wide adoptions both inside and outside of courses. The ideal candidate will work to ensure that current users have an exceptional experience, while also encouraging the expansion of educators using the program in their classrooms.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience (may include advanced degrees). Prior experience in project management, sales, as an educator.
  • Experience in a similar role in education technology / online learning company developing and managing customers.
  • Able to build a genuine, trusting, reliable, competent rapport with customers.
  • Consultative customer handling style: discovering customer internal qualification status, decision processes, and ensuring alignment of their needs with our services.
  • Communication skills: strong listening and writing skills and clear and concise articulation of spoken English.
  • Passionate about working with customers, technology, education, and the intersection of the three.
  • Strong familiarity with the higher-ed environment and the ability to communicate with the confidence even with academic.

Responsabilities

  • Manage projects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery, by closely coordinating with customer and internal teams.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your assigned customers.
  • Research the needs of other departments and institutions within your territory, learning who makes decisions about purchasing.
  • Deliver powerful customer demos and communicate product benefits.
  • Effectively communicating via email and voice with concise and professional messaging at all times.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the client success team on key accounts to ensure retention and expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our platforms and capabilities. Must have the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve with clients on your own.
  • Stay abreast of issues impacting the educational industry and factors influencing the market environment.

Benefits

  • Salary: $15,000-$25,000 USD per year
  • 100% remote from anywhere in Latam.
