Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Project Manager to help with the migration on to SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll system. Our client is migrating from an on-premise SAP system to Cloud. You will need to be able to converse with both the business and IT and have a good understanding of payroll generally, and have experience of implementing ECP
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project management of SuccessFactors implementations, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and risk management.
- Coordinate and manage project teams, providing direction, motivation, and support to achieve successful outcomes.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, reporting on progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.
- Ensure all project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and efficiencies.
- Serve as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams, facilitating communication and issue resolution.
Skills
- Proven experience managing SuccessFactors implementations with a strong understanding of its modules and functionalities.
- Exceptional project management skills, including organising, planning, and executing projects from vision through implementation.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, with a focus on team collaboration and client satisfaction.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders at various levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Required expertise in payroll processes and integrations within SuccessFactors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is .
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on HRIS implementation projects.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale SuccessFactors projects, with a track record of delivering results on time and within budget.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and best practises, particularly in payroll management
