What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as the direct point-of-contact for team member inquiries or concerns, resolving escalated or complex issues
• Manage team performance through motivation, performance assessment, and effective feedback
• Monitor daily workflows to ensure compliance with performance goals and standard procedures
• Identify areas for process improvement and support the management team with new candidate interviews and training
• Foster a positive and solutions-driven customer service experience for clients and caregivers

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, including handling inquiries and complaints
• Experience managing and supervising employees, with a focus on mentoring and development
• Strong performance management skills
• Proficiency in computer use and technology to address customer issues
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, or other languages
• Experience with data input and case review
• Proven ability to motivate teams to exceed performance metrics
• Previous experience in a healthcare-related customer service environment
