What You Will Do

Lead Supplier Performance and Quality: Ensure our suppliers meet our high standards and align with our strategy.
Facilitate Collaboration and Communication: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
Drive Evaluation Planning: Lead planning and resource allocation for supplier evaluation across our portfolio.
Support Business Functions: Assist with supplier evaluation, selection, and startup.
Enhance Supplier Governance: Facilitate and implement governance meetings, monitor key performance indicators, and manage issues.
Identify and Implement Process Improvements: Work with suppliers and partners to develop and implement improvements, adhering to best practices and compliance requirements.
Standardize Clinical Trial Execution: Support the adoption of new technologies and innovations, and standardize execution across supplier types.
Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives: Contribute to special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Mentor and Develop Team Members: Facilitate mentoring, training, and career development for direct reports, managing their performance and feedback.
What We Expect of You
We value unique contributions that drive our mission. The ideal candidate will be a leader with the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
Doctorate degree and 2 years of clinical experience
OR Master’s degree and 4 years of clinical experience
OR Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of clinical experience
OR Associate’s degree and 10 years of clinical experience
OR High school diploma/GED and 12 years of clinical experience
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in sciences or RN
9 years of experience in life sciences or a related field, including 6 years in biopharmaceutical clinical research
Experience with clinical research suppliers and due diligence
Leadership experience with direct reports
Experience in a global, matrix organization
Knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and international guidelines
Clinical trial execution and project management experience
Proficiency in issue management and clear communication with senior management
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and supervisory skills
Collaborative and leadership abilities
Knowledge of clinical trial auditing or monitoring
