Supplier Operations Specialist | AgileEngine | Colombia

What you will do
- Supplier Coordination:
- Maintain and update supplier information in the database/tools;
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with suppliers and internal team members;
- Schedule supplier candidate meet and greets with internal customers;
- Follow up with feedback on meet and greet for suppliers and communicate response with suppliers;
- Assist with collecting supplier onboarding information for new resources;
- Administrative Support:
- Perform general administrative duties such as updating documentation, communication-related to supplier operations;
- Assist in preparing documentation related to supplier performance and compliance;
- Update supplier information and/or internal customer information and feedback in Asana and/or other reporting tools;
- Data Management:
- Maintain and update supplier-related databases/tools/tracking sheets and records accurately;
- Assist with compiling data on supplier performance and compliance;
- Manage regularly scheduled reports and take necessary follow up action (Supplier Timesheets, CSAT Analysis);
- Financial Reporting Support:
- Regularly review and revise financial forecasts based on current data, ensuring accuracy and reliability;
- Utilize basic math skills to conduct calculations related to budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, ensuring precise and error-free financial records;
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, maintain financial databases, and support with various administrative tasks;
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the supplier management team and other department, Delivery Team;
- Provide support and assistance to team members as needed;
- Foster a collaborative and positive working environment.
Must haves
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally or nice to have in supplier management but open. Experience or knowledge of the IT Industry;
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Asana, JIRA, Google Suite , Slack , SAP Fieldglass;
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities;
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of supplier management and administrative procedures;
- Upper-intermediate English level.
