  As our Supply Chain Transformation Manager, you’ll lead the charge on strategic transformation, performance enhancement, and value optimisation across our business.

  You’ll have the unique opportunity to co-create and execute the 3-year supply chain value creation roadmap, driving success across our operations.

   

  What You’ll Do:

  • Shape Strategy: Collaborate with the Supply Chain Leadership Team (SCLT) to develop and deliver a long-term supply chain roadmap, focusing on operational excellence, cost reduction, and transformational initiatives.
  • Innovate Boldly: Lead initiatives involving cutting-edge digital tools, process optimisation, and automation programs, integrating end-to-end (E2E) thinking across projects.
  • Deliver Results: Own and oversee the successful execution of key value-add projects, ensuring alignment with global priorities and delivering tangible outcomes.
  • Inspire and Influence: Drive change by engaging stakeholders across the business and fostering collaboration to achieve strategic goals.
  • Build Capability: Share expertise through coaching, knowledge transfer, and governance to strengthen capability across people, processes and systems.

   

  What We’re Looking For:

   

  • Strategic Leadership: A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of proven experience in supply chain leadership with a focus on strategic development and network design.
  • Change Agent: 2+ years of experience in industry or consulting, with expertise in project and change management, ideally within FMCG.
  • People Influencer: Demonstrated ability to inspire teams and drive adoption of transformational business changes.
  • Problem Solver: Proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to navigate complexity and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Visionary Thinker: Experience with digital transformation and end-to-end process optimisation.
