What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Collaborate with regional senior leadership to develop and implement regional strategies for safeguarding
• Manage regional core budgets and produce reports on key financial and operational indicators
• Ensure adherence to organizational and donor policies across country offices
• Provide support to country teams during emergencies or complex program startups
• Integrate safeguarding principles into daily operations and encourage open communication among team members

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years of professional experience in the development/humanitarian sector
• At least 1 year of experience with data management systems and automated workflows
• Proficiency in managing Power BI dashboards and experience in data analysis software, including Excel
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite applications

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience developing global procedures and guidance for NGO program management
• Knowledge of gender-based violence, protection, and safeguarding principles
• Internationally recognized qualification in project or program management
• Fluency in additional languages such as French, Spanish, or Arabic
