About the Role:
Our client is a global leader in cloud services, renowned for their cutting-edge technology, exceptional capabilities, and top-tier talent. Since their inception, they have consistently pushed the boundaries of cloud innovation, transforming, building, and optimizing products to enable businesses to fully leverage the power of the cloud’s native capabilities.
We are seeking an experienced Head of Talent to lead and evolve our recruitment strategy. This role requires a dynamic, forward-thinking professional who can scale a high-performing, global recruitment function while addressing critical hiring gaps in key areas such as sales, solutions architecture, technical executives, engineering leadership, and go-to-market roles.
We are looking for someone who will excel at creating and refining recruiting pipelines, building strong employer branding, and implementing innovative hiring processes. They will work closely with the CEO to align on goals and objectives but will have full autonomy to execute and build an efficient, diverse, and scalable recruiting function.
Key Responsibilities:
Immediate Priorities:
- Continue to build global, distributed teams, including ICs and team leads.
- Streamline, improve, and automate recruitment pipelines for technical hires.
- Address acute hiring challenges for sales, go-to-market, and executive roles.
- Develop strategies to effectively recruit salespeople, solutions architects, and client-facing roles.
- Build scalable approaches to attract and retain top-tier talent in these areas.
Forward-Looking Strategy:
- Build a forward-thinking recruitment machine:
- Expand networks of talent for both current and future needs.
- Lead efforts in employer branding to enhance visibility and appeal.
- Design innovative, scalable screening processes to attract diverse talent pools.
- Ensure the recruiting function is efficient, effective, and adaptable to changing business needs.
Long-Term Vision:
- Solve constraints in recruiting beyond tech and development roles.
- Enhance the attractiveness of the company to a broader range of candidates.
- Implement a data-driven recruitment funnel with comprehensive dashboards and reporting.
- Promote diversity as a core element of the recruitment strategy.
