We are looking for an experienced and visionary Talent Acquisition Manager with 8+ years of experience and an advanced degree from a top-tier business school (IIM, XLRI, MDI, or equivalent). The ideal candidate is strategic, hands-on, well-networked, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role demands expertise in tech, AI, and digital hiring, along with proficiency in modern hiring tools and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive TA strategy to meet our dynamic talent needs.
- Leverage AI-driven tools and platforms to optimize the recruitment lifecycle.
- Build a pipeline of top-tier tech talent with expertise in AI, digital technologies, and other niche domains.
Operational Excellence:
- Actively manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and digital roles, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Design innovative strategies to attract gig workers and niche talent pools.
- Handle high-volume hiring demands with efficiency and quality.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with leadership to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations on market trends and competitive hiring practices.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest tools, trends, and methodologies in talent acquisition.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine recruitment processes and ensure scalability.

Qualifications:
- Education: MBA or equivalent degree from a top business school (IIM, XLRI, MDI, or top 10 globally ranked).
- 8+ years in talent acquisition with a focus on tech, AI, and digital hiring.
- Proven track record of high-pressure hiring and meeting aggressive timelines.
- Proficiency in hiring platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Indeed, IIMJobs, etc.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; humble and trustworthy.
- Advanced knowledge of AI-driven recruitment tools and techniques.
- Self-starter with a strategic mindset and the ability to execute independently.
- Exceptional networking capabilities and relationship management skills.
