- Lead a full recruitment process and shape the future of our teams across Australia!
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer processes.
- Lead recruitment activities across the Store Network, providing support and coaching to onsite leadership teams.
- Oversee the full recruitment process for the Support Office, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre candidates.
- Conduct market mapping and build talent pools for key positions.
- Enhance our employer brand through compelling job advertisements and engaging content.
- Maintain and update internal and external careers pages, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand team requirements and provide expert advice on recruitment best practices.
- Coach and consult with hiring managers, offering guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven recruitment experience, preferably in the retail sector.
- Experience in developing and executing sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft suite of programs.
- Ability to analyse data and metrics.
- Influential leadership skills.
- Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for continuous growth.

About The Role
As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for driving and executing the talent acquisition strategy that aligns with group talent strategy.
You will drive all recruitment related activities across the business, including both Support Office & Stores. This role requires a strategic thinker who can modernise our recruitment processes, attract top talent, and enhance our employer brand.
Reporting to the People & Projects Director, you will collaborate with senior leaders to ensure that our teams are fully resourced, engaged and continuously developing.
