Essential Functions
- Perform consultation with departments and markets to improve performance with the employee life cycle.
- Perform needs assessment and identify and deliver a plan and solution to drive team performance at all levels
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and HR COEs on identifying and delivering organizational learning and development needs
- Ability to effectively plan and lead meetings to reach business outcomes
- Ability to use and present appropriate resources and perform technical research to drive business outcomes
- knowledgeable around talent development approaches, learning experiences, courses, or programs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure daily operational functions and project goals are being met
- Responsible for assisting with onboarding facilitation and training of staff
- Prioritize all work, requests, and activities, and escalate any area of significant learning need with recommendation for resolution
- Perform any other job-related instructions as requested
Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Development, Learning and Development or a related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is preferred
- A minimum of five (5) years of learning and development experience, to include three (3) years of relationship management experience is required
- Internal consulting experience with multiple levels is required
- Curriculum design experience is required

Licensure And Certification
- Minimum of one learning industry standard certification or certificate required or obtained within first year in role
Working Conditions
- General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Some travel for business, as needed
Compensation Range
$79,800.00 – $127,600.00 CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate’s education, training, and experience as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level.
