About

2023 and 2024 have been incredibly tough for organisations like us, but we are getting optimistic again about our future. We’ve reviewed our business model and redefined some areas where we support Talent Acquisition leaders to focus on three service lines effectively:

  • Our core embedded service with global experience.
  • BUILD for those Talent Acquisition leaders determined to increase their own team.
  • And an advisory team that can help implement AI, do more for less or build an authentic EVP in days, not weeks.

We have a broad plan that covers this and the belief that the tide has turned, the green shoots have appeared and a bunch of other clichés.

So It’s simple.

As we build again, we’ll need to hire more people.

The mix will be permanent, contract, and freelance. To do this, we’re asking people to join one of our regional pools. We’ll be transparent about whether we are ‘live hiring’ or future hiring, getting the same no-BS approach that has made clients want us to partner.

We are looking for in-house Talent Partners to join the immersive team to support one of our global clients.

Most of our clients have been in technology but we’ve hired Sales, Consulting, People and Finance roles. We also hire Talent Acquisition people directly for our clients.

Our roles are fully remote, ideally with a fluent language and good English.

You’ll be joining a global team of in-house recruitment professionals working worldwide, so the good news is, you won’t be alone. We support each other, train together, and hang out together (you can make friends remotely!).

What You Will Be Doing

When you join us, you will be busy…

  • Working closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and drive recruitment processes from end to end, as well as thinking about the candidate experience.
  • Becoming a true partner, establishing and maintaining meaningful relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders internally and externally
  • Being treated like a grown-up, with autonomy to try new things but be accountable for your own hiring performance
  • Delivering the end-to-end hiring process for hires at all levels, including running effective briefing sessions with managers, proactive sourcing, applicant screening, compiling strong long and shortlists for hiring managers, candidate briefings and arranging interviews and feedback sessions to support the successful closing of open positions with high-calibre hires
  • Giving an amazing and authentic candidate experience – pushing the client into doing the best thing for candidates, delivering real feedback and transparency.

What We Need

  • You must be an experienced in-house talent partner/recruiter who understands what a good recruitment workflow looks like.
  • You’ll have demonstrable experience with different sourcing methods and the ability to source at different levels, from junior to senior level and within different domains and agreed timeframes
  • Proactivity is the key to success in this role, as you will be hiring in highly competitive markets
  • Ability to think creatively – walk in the shoes of our candidates
  • Ability to work accurately at pace and cope with ambiguity
  • Ability to understand and demonstrate analysis of hiring metrics and help to improve processes where necessary
  • Approachable, adaptable, resilient and have a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong relationship-building skills that enable you to work with people at all levels
