We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Sourcer to join our team. This role will focus on sourcing top talent for Nurse Practitioners across the United States. The ideal candidate will be skilled in outbound passive recruitment, possess strong written and oral communication skills, and be an expert with Indeed, LinkedIn, and other top talent tools.

Job Description
Designation: Talent Sourcer
Process: US Healthcare
Shift Timings: US Shift (7:00 PM To 4:30 AM)
Working Days: 5 Days working (Saturday & Sunday weekly off)
Work Location: Remote
Roles And Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with potential candidates through various sourcing channels, including Indeed and LinkedIn.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent for Nurse Practitioner roles.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Foster a positive candidate experience by providing timely and professional communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing and recruitment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outbound passive recruitment, particularly for healthcare roles.
- Expertise in using Indeed and LinkedIn for sourcing and recruiting candidates.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
