Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage tax compliance for a portfolio that includes S Corps, C Corps, Partnerships, and Multi-State LLCs.
- Review and prepare tax returns to ensure adherence to all applicable tax laws and regulations.
- Provide strategic tax planning and consulting services to guide clients in their business transactions.
- Cultivate and maintain robust client relationships through outstanding communication and service.
- Stay abreast of changes in tax regulations, sharing key updates with clients and team members.
- Mentor junior staff members, fostering their professional development and expertise.
Required Skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
- Superior communication abilities.
- Competence in managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on client success.
- Proven experience with S Corp, C Corp, Partnerships, and LLC tax returns.
- An added advantage would be prior experience with a Big 4 accounting firm.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline (Master’s in Taxation is preferred).
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is mandatory.
- Minimum of 4 years of public accounting experience with a focus on S Corp, C Corp, Partnerships, and LLC tax returns.
