Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage tax compliance for a portfolio that includes S Corps, C Corps, Partnerships, and Multi-State LLCs.
• Review and prepare tax returns to ensure adherence to all applicable tax laws and regulations.
• Provide strategic tax planning and consulting services to guide clients in their business transactions.
• Cultivate and maintain robust client relationships through outstanding communication and service.
• Stay abreast of changes in tax regulations, sharing key updates with clients and team members.
• Mentor junior staff members, fostering their professional development and expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline (Master’s in Taxation is preferred).
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is mandatory.
• Minimum of 4 years of public accounting experience with a focus on S Corp, C Corp, Partnerships, and LLC tax returns.
