We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and highly organized Team Leader for our Dispatcher Department. In this role, you will not only lead the dispatch team but also be personally involved in all key processes, ensuring efficiency and precision in every step of project execution. You will work hands-on alongside your team, completing tasks and ensuring the success of daily operations

Compensation: Hourly rate. Company-wide bonus program, when we succeed together, we celebrate together!

Employment type: full-time 8.30 am — 5 pm, New York time

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the daily operations of the dispatcher team, ensuring seamless communication between Project Managers, Installers, and other departments.
• Maintain accurate customer data in HubSpot CRM and oversee the use of ClickUp for task management.
• Actively participate in all processes alongside the team, taking ownership of tasks t.
• Engage in project planning, including timeline management, task prioritization, and proper documentation.
• Communicate project details, timelines, and client expectations to the installation team.
• Handle numerical data, measurements, and project metrics to ensure accuracy in execution.
• Mentor and guide your team to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in construction industry.
• Demonstrated ability to build, implement, and improve processes.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimize team performance.
• High level of organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Experience in team coordination and collaboration across multiple departments.
• Proficient in CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and task management tools (ClickUp).
• English proficiency (B2 or higher).
• International work experience (preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication and leadership skills.
• Capacity to stay calm under pressure and lead by example.
• Ability to work hands-on and take part in all processes to support the team directly.
