Team Lead Of Affiliates (Remote)

As Team Lead of Affiliates, you’ll be key to the success of our affiliate marketing network, managing partner relationships, optimizing performance, and driving revenue growth. Your expertise in affiliate marketing, strong communication, and analytical skills will help us reach our goals.

Our expectations from you:

• Has proven experience in a similar role within the Dating, Sweepstakes, Astro & Software, and Home Improvement industry;
• Has previous experience in managing teams;
• Has a strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, strategies, and best practices;
• Demonstrates experience in managing affiliate networks;
• Is familiar with affiliate tracking platforms, performance metrics, and reporting tools;
• Has excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships;
• Has an analytical mindset and proficiency in using data-driven insights to optimize affiliate campaigns and performance;
• Knows Dating, Sweepstakes, Astro & Software, and Home Improvement industry trends, the target audience behavior, and marketing tactics;
• Is fluent in English.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead, manage and develop the affiliate team;
• Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy to drive target audience acquisition, revenue growth, and brand exposure;
• Work closely with senior internal stakeholders across commercial, marketing and finance to set commercial targets and KPIs;
• Develop and implement strategies to activate and engage affiliates;
• Monitor and analyze track key metrics, and provide regular reporting to assess the effectiveness;
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to develop compelling affiliate marketing materials and assets;
• Ensure compliance with affiliate marketing guidelines, regulations, and industry best practices;
• Take part in developing a tracking platform;
• Keep abreast of emerging affiliate marketing tools, platforms, and technologies to enhance program effectiveness and efficiency.
