Team Lead (Remote)

We are seeking a dedicated Team Lead-CDM/PV with 4 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Customer Service and domain expertise in PV Med Rev – Agg Safety reports. This role involves overseeing daily operations ensuring compliance and contributing to the overall success of our pharmacovigilance and safety operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in managing and processing PV Med Rev
• Agg Safety reports efficiently.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance pharmacovigilance processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of safety data.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance providing feedback and coaching as needed.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve workflow and productivity.
• Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on best practices and regulatory changes.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on team performance and project status.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Contribute to research and development initiatives to enhance safety operations.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong background in Customer Service with proven experience.
• Demonstrate expertise in PV Med Rev
• Agg Safety reports.
• Have experience in Pharmacovigilance & Safety Ops Research and Development is a plus.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Show strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Display leadership qualities and the ability to motivate a team.
• Be proficient in relevant software and tools used in pharmacovigilance.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
