Your Role

• Sets Daily and Monthly Goals for the workgroup and coaches agents to reach targets
• Shares results with supervisors and team weekly
• Resolves escalated customer service issues
• Hires and trains new customer service agents
• Provides training, coaching and direction to the team daily and bi-annually doing reviews
• Works with Operations Manager to reach sales targets
• Recommends and implements plans to control costs
• Recognizes and reinforces individual team accomplishments
• Works with immediate Manager and other Managers to develop best practices
• Managers with integrity in a way that promotes our culture, value and mission
• Ensures that team issues pertaining to site performance, products, shipping are communicated to the appropriate departments and resolved.
• Manages special projects and duties assigned by the Operations Manager
