Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Team Manager to oversee and lead our recruitment team. The Team Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, mentoring team members, and ensuring that recruitment goals are met effectively and efficiently. This role requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the recruitment team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to achieve individual and team goals.
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and market trends.
- Performance Management: Monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews, and provide feedback and coaching to enhance team effectiveness and productivity.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee the daily operations of the recruitment team, ensuring efficient processes and adherence to best practices and compliance standards.
- Goal Setting: Set clear recruitment targets and goals for the team, track progress, and implement strategies to achieve or exceed targets.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Recruitment Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes and practices to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and overall recruitment outcomes.
- Team Development: Identify training needs, organize professional development opportunities, and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team.
- Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics, team performance, and progress towards goals to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2-3 years in a team leadership or management role.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and motivating a team, setting performance expectations, and driving results.
- Recruitment Expertise: Deep understanding of recruitment processes and best practices, with a proven track record in achieving recruitment goals.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and team members.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
