Qualifications

• Expert in Our Tech Stack: Possess deep expertise in TypeScript, Firebase, Cloud Functions, and Ruby on Rails. Exceptional coding skills are essential. Experience with Vue 2/3 and mobile development, specifically Flutter/Dart, is highly advantageous.
• Proven Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading high-performing engineering teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Tech Debt & Legacy Code Proficiency: Skilled at managing large, legacy codebases and making strategic decisions about addressing technical debt.
• Scalability Expertise: Experienced in designing and maintaining systems capable of handling rapid growth and high traffic.
• Agile Methodologies Enthusiast: Strong advocate for agile methodologies, with the flexibility to adapt processes as needed for scaling.
