Your main responsibilities include:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team
- Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills
- Actively participate in coding and development tasks
- Review code and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
- Solve complex technical problems and provide technical expertise
- Lead architectural discussions and decisions
- Design scalable and maintainable software solutions
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies to achieve project goals
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing of developed solutions
- Implement and promote best practices for testing and code quality
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team
- Hiring and training technical personnel
- Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible
- Supervising system modifications & guiding team through technical issues and challenges
- Work closely with other departments, such as product management, customer support, and marketing, to ensure all technical requirements are met
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure quality standards are met
- Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies, processes and tools to enhance development capabilities
- Analyze customer requirements and develop technical solutions to meet customer needs
- Develop and document technical processes and procedures
We expect you to:
- Have experience in working as Tech Lead min. 3 years
- Have experience in working with React Native and ReactJs (NextJs)
- Have experience in working with Git, Bootstrap, Redux/Axios
- Have experience in working with SaaS, Webpack, Unit Test, Restful API, Tailwind css – would be a plus
- Have experience in working with Node.JS (Nest.JS and Express)
- Have excellent knowledge of PHP (Laravel)
- Have experience in working with REST API
- Good knowledge of NOSQL (Mongo DB is preferred) and PostgreSQL
- Have excellent knowledge of microservices concept
- Have excellent knowledge of OOP
- Have experience in dev-ops is a plus
- Be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work
- Have the ability to work collaboratively as part of a project team
- Have excellent English skills
