Tech Lead | Altumind | India
Job Role: Technical Lead/ Technical PM
Should be able to manage projects and deliverable, have experience in managing end-2-end project life cycle including planning, tracking execution including effort, tasks/ milestones, track various project metrics, manage resource capacity and capabilities, will actively participate in technical and functional discussions, manage internal and external communication/ coordination including client stakeholders align with the delivery operating model. The technical lead/ technical project manager will be point-of-contact for the teams and clients, will work with onsite project coordinator. Other tasks, abilities, and responsibilities may include:
- Lead and manage several concurrent projects and delivery
- Manage communication internal and external including client stakeholders
- Actively involve with business and technical of projects, actively participate in business requirement gathering, understand and articulate business requirements and process flow, transform into technical
- Actively manage end-2-end project life cycle including tracking project metrics, effective and active with requirement gathering, documentation, solutioning, implementation, reviews, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), infrastructure and deployment activities with team and client stakeholders
- Actively work with all project team including developers, consultants, cross functional, capacity planning and tracking including tasks tracking, enable resource for required accesses.
- Responsible for resource capacity and capabilities, as part of ADM practice and contribute, able to coordinate with team across including remote
- Manage implementation, review, and submission of project milestone and end-2-end deliverables
- Actively identify risks and come up with mitigation plan to avoid risk in delivery
- Manage weekly status updates including deliverables, risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, defects, and change requests with client and program manager
- Capable to understand customers internal documentation standards and expectations
- Have good understanding and explore to Agile, ready to act as Scrum Master
- Identify, catalog, and archive reusable code assets and coordinate knowledge sharing sessions between internal teams
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or information management or other
- Java or ReactJs or DB certification is plus
- PMP certification is desired
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with project tracking tools and technique
- Knowledge and experience in Enterprise Applications like Oracle Apps, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, NetSuite etc. a big plus
- Experience in a customer-facing, partner-facing, customer success, account management, or strategic consulting organization
- Internal customer relationship management experience (i.e. sales, pre-sales, advisory services)
- Experience managing multiple workstreams, agile Project Management & professional services SOW’s in parallel.
