We are looking for a Tech Product Manager to lead the development of internal sales projects. This role involves creating tools that enhance sales efficiency, such as smart meeting schedulers, overbooking, auto-dialer integrations, and telemarketing-independent workflows.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in product management with proven experience in developing complex technical systems in the past (ideally with ML) – chatbots, CRMs, integrations, CDPs.
- Background in technical engineering or system development.
- Good understanding of AI/ML concepts.
- Familiarity with sales workflows and experience in process improvement.
- Ability to conduct research, analyze data, and present findings effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Fluent English and Russian.
What you will do:
- Develop and improve internal tools (such as booking platforms, chatbots, CRM, CDP, telephony, and integrations) to optimize efficiency of the sales department.
- Optimize sales workflows by identifying and addressing bottlenecks, enhancing automation, and improving processes.
- Design and implement tools to support internal customers, focusing on improving sales team productivity through ML/AI solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements, conduct research, and implement solutions.
- Manage the development process with a dedicated engineering team, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
