We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our team. This role will primarily focus on process improvement within the company, working closely with various departments and teams to identify areas of improvement and develop and implement effective solutions.

We are seeking a dynamic and Intermediate Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects, overseeing the Project Management department, and driving process improvement initiatives within the organization. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, fostering collaboration between departments, and mentoring team members.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) are a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a consultancy or software development environment.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their full potential.
• Extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience implementing Agile practices in project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in process improvement initiatives and driving organizational change.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Notion, Jira, Trello, ClickUp).
• Good English level (written and spoken).
