What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with assigned accounts as the primary technical contact
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Account Manager to identify strategic technical activities to achieve sales goals
• Map customer technical requirements to the employer’s solutions and provide expert guidance
• Review and oversee technical support activities, ensuring quality goals are met
• Lead account-based marketing strategies to drive technology deployment and adoption

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Required education: BS, MS, or PhD in Aerospace Engineering or related field
• Minimum years of professional experience: BS+8, MS+6, or PhD+3 in an engineering software environment
• Demonstrated proficiency with relevant engineering software and understanding of systems engineering
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English
• Ability to foster collaboration across multiple global sites

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Preferred education: BS+12, MS+10, or PhD+7 in an engineering software environment
• 4 years of experience in project engineering, systems engineering, application engineering, or consulting services
• Experience interacting with senior business managers and C-level executives
