Position Summary
As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving successful project implementations. You will act as the primary point of contact, bridging the gap between our clients’ technical needs and our development teams.
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and technical requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
- Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns.
- Project Management:
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and post-implementation support.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams (development, engineering, etc.) to coordinate project activities.
- Technical Expertise:
- Possess a strong understanding of eSIM technology and its applications.
- Translate client technical requirements into actionable tasks for development teams.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Problem-Solving:
- Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges that may arise during project implementation.
- Develop effective solutions to address client concerns and improve project outcomes.
- Communication:
- Effectively communicate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Provide clear and concise updates on project progress and status.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Account Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong project management skills, including experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- In-depth knowledge of eSIM technology and its applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Technical proficiency in relevant tools and technologies (e.g., project management software, communication tools).
