Technical Account & Project Manager
We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager who combines a passion for IT with excellent interpersonal skills.

IMPORTANT: due to GDPR restrictions, this position is ONLY for people based in Europe.
You can work from ANY COUNTRY in Europe. But only in Europe for this position.
Your Responsibilities
• Technical and organizational leadership of client relationships and projects• Technical day-to-day contact of a client portfolio to maintain a strong relationship• Provide consultancy and training services related to the product portfolio (Applications, Tools, API)• Coordinate releases of new features with client• Work together with application support to ensure troubleshooting of technical issues• Analyze business needs and translate to business requirements to address client needs• Collaborate with the Product Owner for client requirements, planning and deployment of products• Ensure that provided services and delivery standards are met• IT Project definition, initiation, planning and execution
Your Profile
• Bachelor or master’s degree in Computer Science, preferably with IT background• Experience with external client facing roles• Project management certification and experience for 3-5 years• Experience in requirement engineering and proven analytical skills• Experience with Service Operations as well as agile techniques• Strong team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills• Strong organizational, follow-up, time management and administration skills• Able to juggle multiple priorities and work under pressure• Fluent in English, further languages would be advantageous
