We are looking for highly motivated people to join the Visos, help us democratize access to computer vision, and drive the next wave of AI adoption. Manage and grow opportunities throughout the entire customer lifecycle, from post-sales to renewal, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to account management. Build upon the growth & adoption of our product within existing enterprise accounts. Lead compelling presentations of our product and vision to a broad range of audiences, from C-level executives to individual contributors using our value-based account management methodology. Provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on account performance by actively managing your pipeline of opportunities. 3+ years of experience in account management, ideally in AI, Data Platforms, or Enterprise Software ~ Experience in customer account growth, including upselling and cross-selling, and in driving renewal opportunities ~ Proven record of consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets ~ Strong understanding of customer success principles and the role of technology in driving business outcomes ~ Proficiency in modern account management processes/methodologies ~ Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of forecasting & pipeline management ~ Willingness and ability to travel to spend time in person with key clients (Global) ~ Up and cross-selling experience in AI Data, Product, Analytics and Engineering ~ Previous technical sales experience in Computer Vision or Machine Learning ~ Deep commercial expertise in structuring SaaS contracts ~ Experience with data and how to leverage data to help business achieve their customer experience initiatives This role will be remote, based in London (UK). ai is backed by the most successful investors that previously backed Facebook, Slack, Atlassian, DropBox, UiPath, Celonis, Segment, and many more. ai, including, in addition to competitive pay, being part of a small and agile, fast-growing company.
