Skills: Field Service Management (Must have) and CSM (nice to have)

Location: Remote in Canada

Type: Permanent Full time

Salary: CAD 135k to CAD 160k

Other qualifications: Must be physically in Canada and either a PR holder or a citizen

Role Description

This is a full-time, perm and remote role for a ServiceNow Technical Architect with Field Service Management experience. As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions using ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that align with best practices. Your day-to-day tasks will include gathering requirements, conducting system analysis, designing technical solutions, and overseeing the implementation process.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of FSM and CSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Create expert-level JavaScript and utilize ServiceNow JavaScript API’s for custom business rules, client scripts, UI policies, ACL’s, data policies, and UI scripts.
• Lead and participate in the development effort of solutions in:
•  -ServiceNow Mainline Application(s) (ITSM, CSM, FSM, HR, ITOM, etc.)
•  -Service Portal (HTML, CSS, AngularJS, SASS, Bootstrap)
•  -Custom Application Development (Scoped Applications)
• Conduct customer workshops, demos, and gather technical and functional requirements.
• Create technical architecture, including design documentation and process flows, aligned with customer business requirements.
• Review developers’ code, provide recommendations/best practices, and ensure project success.
• Deliver measurable, positive results within client and team timelines, ensuring positive client feedback.
• Continuously learn service delivery solutions, technologies, and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of similar technical architect experience.
• ServiceNow Mainline Application(s) (ITSM, CSM, FSM, HR, ITOM, etc.)
• Service Portal (HTML, CSS, AngularJS, SASS, Bootstrap)
• ServiceNow Application Development (Scoped Applications)
• 3rd Party Integrations Development (REST, SOAP, MID Servers, etc.)
• ServiceNow development experience with CMDB, HAM, and SAM modules highly encouraged.
• Expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow JavaScript API’s.

Certifications / Education:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
• Min two or three ServiceNow Mainline Implementation Certifications (ITSM, FSM, CSM, etc.).
• ITIL v3 or v4 Certification preferred.

Compensation:

Pay range is CAD $135,000.00 – CAD $160,000.00, depending on experience and other qualifications.
