Technical Delivery Manager Project Methodologies (Remote)

Key scope :

The ideal candidates will be adept at coordinating with execution engineers, architects, and global consultants. A strong grasp of P&L will be a significant asset. This resource will be working on POC, post sales services engagement and customer satisfaction.

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with a strong technical background and extensive experience in the IT infrastructure domain. The ideal candidate will coordinate with customers for our product as POC, oversee project delivery, ensure optimal resource utilization, and manage the full project management life cycle. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and experience in data collection, validation, and data science. The Delivery Manager will also coordinate remote teams to ensure efficient and effective project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Coordination :
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding product and POC engagements.
• Understand customer needs and requirements, and translate them into technical and business solutions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by managing expectations and providing timely updates on project status.
• Resource Utilization :
• Optimize resource utilization to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Allocate resources based on project requirements and skill sets.
• Monitor and manage team workload to prevent burnout and ensure balanced distribution of tasks.
• IT Infrastructure Management :
• Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure projects.
• Ensure IT infrastructure aligns with business requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with IT teams to manage infrastructure components such as networks, servers, storage, and cloud services.
• Remote Team Coordination :
• Manage and coordinate remote teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
• Implement tools and processes to facilitate remote work and monitor performance.
• Address challenges related to remote work and ensure team cohesion.
• Data Collection and Validation :
• Oversee the collection and validation of data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Develop and implement data collection protocols and standards.
• Work with data scientists to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Stakeholder Management :
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Continuous Improvement :
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance project delivery.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically within the IT infrastructure domain.
• Strong technical background with a solid understanding of IT infrastructure components.
• Proven experience in resource utilization and optimization.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Experience in data collection, validation, and data science.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing remote teams and using remote collaboration tools.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).

Preferred Skills

• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL.
• Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and standards.
