Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead (.NET) to join our team and drive the development of SaaS-based products while leading technical initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the .NET Framework, AWS cloud services, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices. This role demands excellent leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to make key technical decisions related to scaling and infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of SaaS-based products using the .NET Framework and C#.
Architect, implement, and maintain microservices-based solutions ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle including planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Utilize AWS cloud services to design and manage scalable infrastructure solutions.
Implement DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient releases.
Manage and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand customer needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
Optimize and maintain databases, primarily SQL Server, ensuring data integrity and performance.
Implement security best practices, compliance standards, and risk mitigation strategies.
Drive Agile methodologies to enhance project delivery timelines and adaptability.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high system availability and performance.

Requirements

Candidate Required Skills

BE/B.Tech/MCA or any other technical qualifications.
At least 5+ years of experience in .NET Framework and C# with hands-on experience in building enterprise-grade applications.
Strong expertise in microservices architecture and its implementation.
Solid understanding of AWS cloud services with experience in designing scalable and reliable infrastructure.
Proficiency in DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD pipelines.
Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with SQL Server or equivalent database management systems.
Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and interact with stakeholders.
Experience in Agile methodologies for software development.
