Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Lead at WriteLifeCommunity. The Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of the platform, including development, maintenance, and optimization. Daily tasks include leading a team of developers, collaborating with stakeholders to define technical requirements, and ensuring the scalability and performance of the platform.

Salary: Rp15million – Rp20 million per month + Equity & Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development team in designing, building, and managing our technology products.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) from planning to implementation.
• Define the appropriate technology architecture to support company growth.
• Collaborate with the founders and other teams to align technology development with business vision.
• Ensure high-quality code and practice efficient development methods (agile/scrum).
• Mentor and develop the technical team’s skills.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years as a Software Engineer, Full-Stack Developer, or similar role, with experience leading a team.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in programming languages like JavaScript, Python, or Ruby (customized to requirements).
• Experience with frameworks like React, Node.js, or Django.
• Knowledge of database management (SQL/NoSQL).
• Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Passionate about building products from the ground up in a startup environment.
